Causes of back problems; principles of prevention.
Risk assessments
Basic movements
Practical situations and solutions
Course duration: 4 hours
Assessment by trainer.
AED Course (Automated External Defibrillation)
An AED raises the chance of survival greatly.
This course is for anyone, whether beginning first aid or furthering their knowledge.
Course content:
How to operate an AED
Heart attacks
Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Recovery position
Certificate valid for 1 year
Course 4 hours with assessment by trainer. Maximum of 6 delegates per session
